About Joe Villemaire

Joe is a native Vermonter who has lifelong roots in real estate. He grew up wandering around his father’s construction sites, doing odd jobs during summer breaks, and working in his father’s Essex hotel.  Joe managed that property from 1998 until 2005 as Vice President of Operations. 

In 2005, innovative thinking directed Joe and his father to convert that hotel to condominiums. Joe continued to manage the condominium association through the start up of his own management company, Vision Property Management. In 2013, with his father, Joe developed Essex’s premier apartment complex, The Lofts Essex, housing 54 quality apartments. Vision Property Management manages The Lofts.

The process of managing the association and the potential of helping many people realize the dream of home ownership started Joe’s career in the real estate field. Looking to take the next step in real estate, Joe became a Realtor with RE/MAX North Professionals, The Condo Guy Team. Looking to go out on his own, Joe partnered with KW Vermont, Keller Williams Realty and introduced the newest division of his management company, Vision Real Estate. Joe brings his high energy, real estate background, and drive for customer satisfaction to KW Vermont and looks forward to helping in your exciting new venture in life.
